Hosting

The site is hosted as a static application. No user-data processing server is operated by the publisher (100% client-side architecture).

Premium account (optional): authentication (Google OAuth via « Sign in with Google ») and subscription management are hosted on Supabase (EU — Frankfurt). Payment processing is delegated to Lemon Squeezy Inc. (Merchant of Record). See the Privacy policy for the details of data collected.

Intellectual property

All site elements (text, structure, source code, system prompts, module architecture, "Alpha" brand) are protected by intellectual property law (French Intellectual Property Code). Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the publisher's written authorization, is prohibited.

Third-party brands cited (Bloomberg, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their mention is for descriptive and comparative purposes, in compliance with trademark law.

Personal data

No personal data is collected by Alpha Terminal server-side. All user data (API keys, holdings, analyses) remains stored locally in the browser (AES-GCM-256 encryption + PBKDF2 100,000 iterations for sensitive keys).

Cookies and trackers

The site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no server analytics tools (Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, etc.). Only a Service Worker is registered by your browser to enable offline operation (static asset caching only).
